(Research):The following info provided by David J. Potter (grandson):
She had cancer about 10 years before she died. She died in a nursing home after being there about a year. She had just given up and quit eating. Several days before she passed away, I call Frank Loeffler, another grandson, and asked him to join me in giving her a blessing. I acted as spokesman in the blessing. I felt impressed to release her from this earthly life during the prayer. I felt strongly that there wre others at her bedside waiting to welcome her to the other side. After the prayer as I lookd at Frank, it was if his countenance was that of his father's (Frank). It really took me back. I believe Frank was on the other side waiting to help his mother home.
Grandmother did not want to be buried. She elected to be cremated. Her remains are at the moseleum on the north side of Salt Lake above the cemetary. | KEAHN Dorothea Annie (Ann)

Following information provided by David J. Potter (grandson):
The baptism and endowment was performed by Frank Loeffler, grandson.
Died of Angina Pectoris - 47 yrs old. He had just finished helping build an outdoor barbeque in the back yard. He came into the house, sat down, and passed away.

Even though indicated to Dallas Temple that our records showed Oscar had
been baptized 1988 in Jordan Temple, went ahead and baptized 14 Oct 1989
in Dallas Temple. Endowment performed 3 Nov 1989 DA. It also shows in the Ordinance Index (IGI Main File) that his father was Harry LOEFFLER in one case and Henry H. Loeffler in another case. Henry H. is the correct father.
Another record in the Ordinance Index, has him being sealed to his parents in the Chicago temple on 24 may 1990. Source batch number: f898232 15 with the LDS Baptism and Endowment listed as CHILD. This is incorrect. We do not know who did this work. | LOEFFLER Oscar Otto

Information taken from old family bible in possession of David Potter.
First name could be spelled: Joachim or Jacchin. This name needs to be
verified. The spelling of Jocchin was submitted to the temple.
The baptism and endowment was performed by Frank Loeffler, Grandson.
The sealing work was done in the Dallas temple on mar 27 1992. My records also
report it being done in 1988 in the Jordon River Temple.
A copy of the death certificate was obtained. It stated that he was an engineer
and lived as 1216 Osceola St. , Denver. He died at St. Joseph's Hospital. He
died of Pneumonia - genatious causes.
After his wife died in 1901, he remarried. I still need to find the name of
this wife. They had no children according to "Bud Loeffler" (grandson).
